Cognitive engineering : ウィキペディア英語版 | Cognitive engineering
Cognitive engineering was a field of engineering philosophy established by the early 1970s at Bell Labs,〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=JOSPEH H. CONDON )〕 apparently focused on how engineers comprehend and form a personal cognitive model of a system. It was practised by Don Norman, who had a background in cognitive science and later published "The truth about Unix: ''The user interface is horrid''" in ''Datamation'' (1981). Through Ken Thompson, Bell Labs later gave rise to the unix philosophy, a codified list of principles for use in software engineering. ==See also==
